EMND was commissioned to transform a bustling, concrete-dense warehouse into a state-of-the-art videography and photography studio that exudes tranquillity. The primary objective was to address the acoustic challenges inherent in such a space. The area was meticulously treated to minimise echoes generated by movement within the studio and to mitigate noise ingress from adjacent warehouses.

Furthermore, the team constructed a new steel mezzanine to optimise the available vertical space. This innovative feature not only expanded the studio’s functional footprint but also introduced a distinctive architectural element that enhances its overall appeal.

To complete the transformation, the project underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, including refreshed paintwork, updated light fixtures, and upgraded electrical systems. These finishing touches revitalised the studio’s aesthetic while further enhancing its functionality and usability. The successful execution of the project underscores EMND’s commitment to overcoming challenges with creative solutions and delivering spaces that exceed expectations in both form and function.
