Natasha Dunne believes from little things big things build. Having previously played a role in the management teams of iconic projects across Australia, Natasha now brings her big picture thinking to projects of all sizes. Natasha started her career in law but was quickly drawn in by the allure of “building things” and seeing her work literally materialise. She now brings a thorough understanding of legal compliance in addition to her areas of speciality which include project management on both the client and construction side of the fence. Natasha is a huge advocate of women and minorities in the construction industry and is happy to challenge outdated stereotypes. She is a firm believer in sustainable construction and strives to help find ways to fight climate change within her industry.

Eugene loves managing complex projects, relishing in the challenges that each unique circumstance provides. With every project he undertakes, his goal is to create a comprehensive vision and create innovative solutions. Eugene is a firm believer that project leadership can be managed in a way that is sustainable and ethical for all individuals and resources involved. An advocate for the environment and sustainability, Eugene aims to make EMND Built as environmentally sound as possible.

Laura Brandão
PROJECT MANAGER
With an extensive background in Civil Engineering, and a Masters qualification in Project Management, Laura has a rich understanding of the intricacies of the construction process and brings with her an exceptional eye for detail. This detail orientated outlook has enabled her to excel within the luxury fit-out sector. Her management of Enoteca Ponti, SoulBright, Tucano’s and currents works for the Love Tilly Group are a testament to her skills in delivering both beautiful and functional spaces in a short time frames. At EMND Built, Laura brings not just her technical expertise and project management acumen but also a visionary perspective that enriches our team’s capabilities. Her ability to foresee project challenges and devise effective strategies for overcoming them is invaluable.
Irina Serrano
PROJECT MANAGER
As a dual qualified Civil Engineer and Project Manager, Irina brings a breadth of expertise to the EMND Built team. She holds extensive experience managing logistically challenging projects, a notable example was her Project Management of the construction of two luxury, two-storey penthouse apartments on top of an existing twelve-storey building in the heart of Potts Point. She overcame numerous challenges, including deliveries managed exclusively by cranes due to the inability to use hoists, requiring rigorous planning of frequent street closures on a main road and meticulous programme management. During the pandemic she also successfully project managed four multi-storey units in Melbourne completely remotely, a testament to her communication and problem-solving skills. With EMND Built, Irina has spearheaded multiple projects including the current industrial works with Lactalis, the largest dairy producer in the world.
Max Van Buuren
SITE MANAGER
Max is a seasoned site manager with extensive experience overseeing a diverse range of projects spanning commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. His expertise lies in managing complex construction sites, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on efficiency, Max has successfully coordinated various aspects of construction, from scheduling and logistics to quality control and safety compliance. His track record of excellence in both commercial and industrial settings, coupled with his residential experience, makes him a versatile and valuable asset to any project team.
Joshua Dunne
HOSPITALITY CONSULTANT
Josh works as our hospitality consultant. He has an amazing and illustrious career in food and wine and has run amazing restaurants in Sydney such as the iconic China Doll and Bistro Rex. He has a way in discussing restaurants and the most efficient way in which they can run. Josh always a smile on his face and always up for a good conversation and if you get on to wine you will be enthralled by his knowledge.
